Sending us any amends to your proofs is simple and we’ll deliver a new one back to you usually within 48 hours. You can amend your account details from the My Details page which alerts us to any changes. The next phase of development will allow you to also set up and amend your artwork details too.
We’ll be delivering digital products to the Downloads area, so that you can find and save your PDFs at your convenience. You can download them as often as you want, so they can never get lost in your email inbox.
We’ve also refreshed our Marketing Support page which is designed to help you get the best use of your products and successfully promote your business. You’ll find a range of product support documents such as background notes and editorial content lists, plus guides to help you create the best possible personalised products from us and use them effectively.
